Pipen, you were born on a hot summers day in Iowa. You got to stay overnite in a very posh hotel and took a very long ride home to Ustate NY on an airplane. Everyone that saw you instantly fell in love with you, even the TSA workers at the airport!!!! The people on the plane said you were better behaved then the kids on board. You lived with us in the country. You played in the fall leaves and you danced in the snow. You loved the snow. Every night you slept with me cuddled up and warm. During the day you played with Mora, Mahayla, Lia and Ti. When you got tired you snuck between two chairs in a place we called the hidy hole!! Curled up on a blanket and napped the afternoon away. You were my baby. Pippen, you crossed the bridge on a cold winter day in December at 21 weeks old. You blessed my life for 15 short weeks. You will forever be loved and remembered. Pippen, you passed from treacheal collapse, it came on in an instant and took your little life. Just remember Mommy loves you always.
Hans you did your job well in life. You protected us from harm, you loved us unconditionally, you were my best friend. A piece of me died when you passed away but the memories you left with me will keep you alive in my heart for ever. Thank you for your service, your love and your trust. I love you.

Pheobe, you were only 7 when you passed. You were blind and diabetic. The vets said you would not live long due to your aflitions. But you my sweet girl lived 5 years longer. Taylors best friend and our love we will never ever forget the sweetness you brought out in everyone you met. You gave us smiles and we cuddled you,we miss the love you gave. we love and miss you Miss Pheobe.
Jake
Jake was my best friend for 11 years. He loved and protected us unconditionally. When someone says "he was the best dog" they were not lying...Jake truly was THE BEST. He is sadly missed but I know I will see him again at the bridge.
Buca
Sambuca...Buca for short...came to me from a rescue when he was 5 years old. Buca had SEVERE hip dyspasia with one hip replacement. Vets said he would only be able to handle the pain he was in for 2 years tops before we would have to make a decision on him. Well, with love, supplements and lots of prayers, Buca stayed with us until he was 9. This was truly one of the hardest decisions that I have ever had to make. This big guy was a dream dog. With all he went through before he came here, not a mean bone in his body. He wanted nothing more than to get loved and be with his people. He was best friends with Athena and Jake. When Buca went to the bridge, the rest mourned for him. They know and feel as we do. I miss you Bucus Maximus!
Not Growing Old
by John E. Roberts
They say that I am growing old; I've heard them tell it times untold, In language plain and bold---- But I am NOT growing old. This frail old shell in which I dwell Is growing old, I know full well--- But I am not the shell.
What if my hair is turning grey? Grey hairs are honorable, they say. What if my eyesight's growing dim? I still can see to follow him Who sacrificed His life for me Upon the cross of Calvary.
What should I care if Time's old plow Has left its furrows on my brow? Another house, not made with hand, Awaits me in the Glory Land.
What though I falter in my walk? What though my tongue refuse to talk? I still can tread the narrow way, I still can watch, and praise and pray,
My hearing may not be as keen As in the past it may have been, Still, I can her my Saviour say, In whispers soft, "This is the way."
The outward man, do what I can To lengthen out this life's short span, Shall perish, and return to dust, As everything in nature must.
The inward man, the Scriptures say, Is growing stronger every day. Then how can I be growing old When safe within my Saviour's fold?
Ere long my soul shall fly away And leave this tenement of clay; This robe of flesh I'll drop, and rise To seize the "everlasting prize." I'll meet you on the streets of gold, And prove that I'm not growing old.
